GOT TEARS?
Welcome to the Ductts Import Helper! If you've been tracking your crying elsewhere, you can easily import your data into Ductts.
You will need a CSV file (which is a spreadsheet that you can open in Google Sheets, Excel, or similar programs) with the following columns:
- Timestamp: ISO format (e.g., 2025-08-01T12:00:00Z)
- Intensity: Number from 1 to 5
- Tags: Semicolon-separated list
- TagColors: Semicolon-separated list of colors, must be BLUE, PURPLE, GREEN, ORANGE, PINK
- Note: Any text description you'd like
- PhotoReference: Leave blank
If you don't want to start from scratch, we've got you covered:
- Download this sample CSV file. You can use it as a template! Just replace the sample data with your own records.
- You can use the Ductts Date/Time Converter to convert your dates to ISO format.
- For the tags, you can use any text you like, but make sure to separate them with semicolons. See the sample CSV as an example. The tag order you use directly maps the the tagColors order you use!
Once you're all set, save the file again as a .csv file. You can import it directly into Ductts from the iOS Files app (or whatever other tool you might use).
